Here are the stacks of lovely cottons en masse...
These flannels were a part of the bagged up thrifted fabric score.
And now for fun, some close ups of the others grouped by colour...
Can I tell you how I was totally mind-numb from realizing that I amassed all this yardage for a mere $6? Wow. My scrappy themed quilting stash just received a major boost without a major drain to my wallet. Now, are there any questions as to why I like thrifting?

* A huge thank-you to Heather for leading me to best thrifted fabric haul I've ever had. (Hopefully you don't now think that you have to bait me with fabric in order to get me to cross the dreaded bridge to visit with you ... although it did work yesterday...;o)

WOW! That is an amazing haul!! Thrifting friends are the best!
Those are so GREAT! I LOVE them... I'm jealous... I am hungry for fabric these days...
That's incredible! Not just loads of fabric, but co-ordinated colours - amazing.
That's a large haul, looks like you're all set to create some wonderful things.
Wow! I'm truly impressed!
what a great stash of fabric for $6. WOW! looks like you are all set to make a scrap quilt. :)
It is pretty amazing. Just shows you how good a friend Heather is to lead me to such a treasure trove of fabric!
WOW! Heather rocks! She should give us all of her thrifting tips!
I am so jealous :) I got some fabric for free the other day at a garage sale so I guess I didn't do too badly either! I really, really like the cream (what looks like) garden tools, matched up with the green leafy pattern (the one way to the right). That would make an awesome handbag or something!
