Handmade gifts of wool angels.

Yesterday a new friend taught me how to make these little lovelies out of wool roving. They are so simple, yet, so sweet. We have decided to make several and give some as gifts too. The boys each made one and have decided that they really want to try some needle felting now too.

Hi Nancy
I was shown how so I don't have proper written instructions. I googled wool roving angels and found this link which is quite close to how we made them. Hope that helps?

Here is a better link.

The only difference is that instead of the gold thread we used just a thin strand of the roving.

I really like these, I shall look up the link, just to see whether a useless crafter could make them? x

Does this mean you got around to washing up the roving given to you?
