Another charity hat

This hat started out as a circular gauge swatch for a potential sweater but I decided to keep going. I used #10.5 needles and two strands of the Marble Yarn leftover from my sweater.

The bottom edge is rolled stockinette with a purl row to stop it from curling too far and another purl row just before the crown shaping.

I'll probably take this to the local yarn store which is sending hats and other warm clothing off to needy children around the world.

My you're quick to whip up knitted projects. Fun looking hat, Nicola. At the rate you're going, soon the streets will be filled with people donning Nicola knitwear. Well done!
